Move Siam offers three agency tiers - Free, Pro, and Enterprise. This page explains what each unlocks, how seat limits and listing caps work, how billing is separated from your personal account, and the practical question of which tier to start on.

Pro is where Move Siam pays for itself. The bulk import alone saves a small agency a week of work when migrating; the white-label landing page converts directly into branded-traffic inquiries.
Built for: larger agencies, multi-office firms, or franchise operations.

Higher listing ceilings
Custom feature requests (API access, white-label sub-pages, integrations with internal tools)

A common question from owner-operators: "If I already have a personal Move Siam subscription, what happens when my agency takes a plan?"
The answer: nothing happens to your personal subscription. Agency billing is a separate Stripe customer record attached to the agency, not to your user account. You can:
Set a billing email on the agency (e.g., [email protected]) so receipts go to your finance team, not your inbox.
Add payment methods on the agency that are different from your personal cards.
Issue receipts and invoices in the agency's name.
Cancel either subscription independently - cancelling your personal Plus plan doesn't affect your agency's Pro plan and vice versa.
This separation is important if you're an owner with multiple roles on the platform. Your personal listings stay on your personal plan; your team listings run on the agency's plan.
We run promotional discounts periodically - partnership offers, launch promos in new cities, end-of-quarter incentives. Promo codes can be entered in the checkout flow when upgrading from Free to Pro or Pro to Enterprise.
A promo code typically discounts the first 3-12 months of the subscription. After the promotional period, the standard rate applies - we don't hide a price increase in the fine print.
If you're on the receiving end of a promo, the code is shared by email or by your account manager. It's not a public discount, so we don't list active codes publicly.
The seat-overflow rule is the single rule that surprises new agency owners most often. Here's how it actually works:
If you're on Agency Pro (10 seats) and a manager invites an 11th agent, the invitation is accepted but the new agent's account is frozen - they're recorded as a team member but they can't log in, can't reply to inquiries, and don't show up on your public team roster. We send the owner an email explaining the freeze.
You then have two options:
Upgrade. Move to Enterprise (or a custom Pro tier with more seats) and the frozen agent unlocks immediately.
Remove a seat. Demote or remove an existing member - the next-most-recently-invited frozen member unfreezes.
We chose freeze-not-auto-charge because every Thai agency owner we asked told us they'd rather have a notification than a surprise bill. The platform never silently bumps you to a higher tier without confirmation.
A practical decision tree:
One or two collaborators, fewer than 10 active listings, just trying the platform? Start on Free.
3-10 agents, switching from another platform with existing inventory? Start on Pro - the bulk import alone is worth the monthly fee.
More than 10 agents, multi-office, or with custom integration needs? Talk to us about Enterprise.
You can always upgrade or downgrade. Plan changes apply immediately - when you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle; when you downgrade, the new tier kicks in at the next renewal.
Yes. The annual option is shown on the agency pricing page and discounts the equivalent of two months - pay for 10, get 12.
Yes, at any time. The downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle so you finish the period you've already paid for. If you exceed Free-tier seat or listing limits at the time of downgrade, the platform freezes the over-the-limit seats and lets you choose which listings to keep active.
Credit and debit cards through Stripe (Thai-issued and foreign cards both work). We support PromptPay-based payment in select promotional flows but it's not the default.
No. Subscription only. We don't take a commission on your transactions and we don't charge a setup or onboarding fee.
Yes. Cancel from your agency billing settings - the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then doesn't renew. No 30-day notice clause, no early-termination fee.
Yes. Before cancellation, export your listing CSV, your inquiry log, and your team roster from the agency dashboard. We don't hold your data hostage.
